Grandfather Spider, Grandmother Turtle, Sea Turtle and Turtle Island were inspired by a trip to Hawaii with my daughter Jami where we watched the Honu.

Purple Smoke was made with inspiration from my son Josh.The trunk show has a purple smoke on fire quilted with flames, due to my love of fire fighting. Then we have Morning Star Sunrise in honor of my great respect for Native American Indian quilters. Last but not least are our Butterfly Star and Butterfly Wish.
